Feature
These countertops are manufactured by impregnating multiple layers of fibers with resin and then subjecting them to high-pressure compression. They can withstand short-term exposure to temperatures ranging from 120°C to 180°C. Moreover, they are resistant to corrosion caused by acids, alkalis, and solvents, making them particularly suitable for professional settings such as laboratories and medical workstations.
Relatively good corrosion resistance:
It has relatively good resistance to acids, alkalis, and organic solvents. Although not as corrosion-resistant as epoxy resin countertops, it can meet the needs in general laboratory environments.
Strong impact resistance:
The phenolic resin worktop has a certain toughness and is not easy to break. Even if it is subjected to a certain external impact, it can maintain good integrity.

Our lab phenolic resin sheet adopts the third-generation high-temperature curing process, which has faster curing speed and stronger acid and alkali resistance than the first generation ultraviolet light process and the second generation electron beam.We use a 1600 ton press to produce phenolic resin sheets with a density of 1.51, which is the highest in the industry. The temperature of cure thermosetting resin is 300 degrees Celsius , which greatly improves the curing speed of the board and results in excellent flatness of the product.
