Formulas

Mixing:

Pour the prepared raw materials into the blender and stir thoroughly to mix all kinds of raw materials evenly.

Pouring:

Pour the stirred raw materials into the mold, pour, and control the pouring amount and pouring speed to ensure the thickness and quality of the plate.

Vacuuming

Use a vacuum pump to vacuum the sheets in the vacuum box and extract the air from the sheets

Curing:

Put the cast mold into the curing furnace, and heat curing, curing temperature and time according to the type of raw materials and formula.

Honed finish and size

Make surface as a honed or matt finish and cut 4 edge as required size

Packing

After inspection, the boards are placed flat on wooden pallets that meet export requirements. The warehouse floor should be kept level, the humidity should meet the requirements, and direct sunlight should be avoided.
