Laboratory phenolic resin sheets
Our laboratory phenolic resin sheets adopts the third-generation high-temperature curing process, which has faster curing speed and stronger acid and alkali resistance than the first generation ultraviolet light process and the second generation electron beam.We use a 1600 ton press to produce boards with a density of 1.51, which is the highest in the industry. The temperature of cure thermosetting resin is 300 degrees Celsius , which greatly improves the curing speed of the board and results in excellent flatness of the product.
